Custom Patches & Rank Insignia

Create a professional, consistent look for your department, unit, or organization with custom patches and rank insignia from Uniform Tactical Supply. We help law enforcement agencies, fire departments, EMS teams, military units, security companies, and businesses source patches for uniforms, jackets, hats, and other apparel.

Whether you’re reproducing an existing department patch, developing a new design, or ordering rank insignia for your team, we’ll help you explore options that suit your needs.

Custom Embroidered & Woven Patches

Custom embroidered patches offer a classic, textured appearance that works well for department emblems, shoulder patches, unit identifiers, and organizational logos. Woven patches use finer threads to reproduce small lettering and intricate details with a smoother finish.

The best option depends on your artwork, patch dimensions, and intended use. Let us know your preferred shape, colors, border, and backing, and we’ll help determine what’s available for your project.

Rank Insignia for Uniforms

We can assist with sourcing rank insignia, including chevrons, service stripes, and other uniform identifiers. Send us your department’s requirements or a photo of the insignia you need to match, along with dimensions, colors, and quantities.

For existing uniform programs, clear photographs or scans help us assess the details needed to maintain a consistent appearance.
