Constructed from a durable 6.5 oz. polyester/cotton twill fabric, the Tru-Spec Basic Flight Suit is sewn to U.S. military specification FNS/PD 96-17 (MIL-C-23141A). Its design is based on the U.S. Flyers 27-P coverall pattern, providing a professional appearance with features engineered for comfort and utility.

A gusseted back allows greater mobility when seated or moving, while adjustable hook-and-loop waist tabs provide a secure, customized fit. The two-way front zipper allows convenient access, and zippered leg openings make it easier to put on or remove the suit over footwear. Nine strategically positioned pockets offer ample storage for essential tools and personal equipment.
