The ESS Striketeam Wildland SJ is a high-performance wildland firefighting goggle designed to provide dependable eye protection in heavy smoke, airborne particulate, ash, and demanding fireground environments. Featuring fully sealed vents and heat- and flame-resistant components, the Striketeam SJ is built specifically for wildland firefighters, rescue personnel, and other professionals operating in harsh conditions.

Fully sealed vent foam provides maximum resistance to smoke and particulates, while soft-wicking, open-cell face padding helps maintain comfort during extended wear. The roomy Striker™ frame is designed to fit over most prescription eyeglasses, making it a practical choice for a wide range of users.

A one-piece wrap-around strap incorporates the patented ESS Speed-Clip™ system, allowing the goggles to adapt to wildland and rescue helmets while providing fast strap adjustment—even while wearing gloves. The included clear Striker™ Series lens delivers distortion-free optical clarity, 100% UVA/UVB protection, and high-impact performance.

Safety & Performance Standards

ESS Striketeam goggles comply with ANSI Z87.1-2020, U.S. Federal OSHA requirements, and wildland fire equipment performance requirements, including a 350°F five-minute oven test. The Striketeam line is considered Primary Eye Protection under NFPA 1500. Striker Series lenses also meet or exceed the U.S. Military MIL-DTL-43511D .22-caliber ballistic impact test and CE EN 166 requirements.
